Rear axle looks unusual.   Relay might be the answer.

No Ardmore vibrator here, this one does indeed have that unusual rear axle unique to Relay. This 1930's S11 tractor is a pretty sharp unit, but it wasn't enough to save the short life of this company. Relay began production in 1927 but was done by 1933. Many Relays used the internal gear drive rears shown below. Bill White had this 1st; thanks to Don Mackenzie for the photo. The ad below is from Dan Souday, while the color shot is my pic and shows the rear on Jim Widmann's 1929 Relay dump.
