The setup is Nodwell to me, but I expect Nodwell vehicles to have a built in cab.

I think most everyone knew we were looking at a Dodge A model cab, but the rest of it is much more interesting. Our WAI truck is identified as a Flex-Track, but later versions were known as Flextrack-Nodwell. I don't know much about our WAI Flex-Track, but the circa 1972 Flextrack-Nodwell FN60 below used a 300 Ford six and a 4 speed transmission. Our WAI truck appears to be a larger Diesel powered version. Ricky352petes had Dodge, MN3240 had Nodwell, and Mike W had Flextrack. Thanks to Bill White for these photos; more can be seen at:
