Yes, Bill White has it, this "truck" is a Thiokol Juggernaut with a Ford cab. The juggernaut does look very much like the Foremost, the designs look very similar, and there is a good reason for that. The Juggernaut was manufactured under license from Foremost Developments of Calgary, Alberta, Canada.  Juggernauts were designated as 6T, 8T, and 30T models. The 30T had a 30 ton capacity and was powered by an 8V-71 coupled to an Allison 4460 automatic. Thanks very much to Brian Kelly for the Juggernaut photos and info.
