Anyone know what modern lubricant is the closest substitute for Shutterstat Fluid?

(Or, if Shutterstat Fluid is still available somewhere?)

I've got shutters on the radiator on my 1974 GM bus, and I'm working to get them fully functional again. They move freely, but I still have a few bugs to work out - one of them is adding lubricant to the reservoir.

Thanks.

Thanks Junkmandan. I was thinking perhaps pneumatic tool oil, but ATF makes sense too. Do you think it matters which flavor of ATF?

Use a flavor that was used back when shutterstats were common, probably Dexron I or II. Some of the later ATFs are synthetic or made for synthetic seals which a shutterstat wouldn't have.
